Yin Yoga and Meditation
~Long, Slow, Deep
Deep de-compressing and releasing. Yin Yoga consists of several gentle poses held three to ten minutes each. After ridding physical/emotional environmental stress and toxins, seated meditation is followed.

Rate: $85 per hour, $100 per 1.5 hour
*Posture alignment session: Get out of bad habits built over time, or solve the problems of feeling crooked.
*Specific agenda (i.e. inversions, hip openings,
injuries, chronic pains and diseases,depressions)
*Lighten up/healing session : Specifically designed for YOU to heal your body, mind and soul. Singing bowl healing is available.
*Corporate session: Small group yoga/meditation either at your office or my space at Eastlake.
